Mac's Lift Gate built truck lift gates in Long Beach starting in 1957 and its first vertical home lift in 1980. It is family started, veteran owned, and makes every lift in the USA.
The gold standard of Mac's home lifts. Every safety detail is built in: a non-slip platform, constant-pressure controls, a low platform for easy access, a safety ramp and railings with rolled edges. It runs on household current in any San Diego weather.
Everything that makes the PL-50 so dependable, with the height for raised decks, split-level entries and taller porches. A ½ hp instant-reverse motor and upper and lower limit switches keep every trip smooth and safe.
For a second floor or a very high entry, Mac's extended floor-to-floor lifts come in rises of 107", 121" and 134" and beyond. The PSL-50 portable stage lift is made for schools, churches and event venues.
Mac's ran a PL-50 with a full 750 lb load once a minute, around the clock, outdoors on its roof for three months, with no failures and no maintenance. Used once a day, that is over 355 years.
Standard on every Mac's Vertical Home Lift.
Runs from -30° to 120°F, with sealed, raised electrics and an automotive-grade powder coat.
A manual emergency crank lowers the platform even if the power goes out.
A constant-pressure switch lets you start, stop and reverse at any point.
A 12" automatic ramp on a non-skid platform for easy roll-on and roll-off.
Plugs into standard 110-volt current and draws about 7 amps in use.
Railings with rolled edges and upper and lower limit safety switches.
